When and how do I get paid?
Every month, by bank transfer, for the payments your clients have already made. You always know what you have earned and what is pending.
Do I need to be self-employed?
To receive commissions you need to be able to invoice them, as self-employed or through a company. If you are unsure how to do it in your country, we'll guide you.
How do you know a client is mine?
The business signs up with your personal link or types your agent code. It is assigned to you automatically and stays yours.
Is there a minimum or exclusivity?
No. No minimum sales, no fixed hours and no exclusivity. You can recommend Bistrova alongside other activities.
What if a client cancels?
You stop receiving commission for that client from that moment. Everything already earned remains yours.
